S3PF - Professional management edition

S3B is a web-based application developed to support brokers daily in managing their brokerages and ensuring they have access to all their critical information 24x7x365. It enables a broker to import all the commission statements received from the various companies and checks if amount is correct and then will calculate commission splits for representatives and the brokerage. S3B also supports compliance criteria in keeping records of clients documentation and all communication contacts. S3B is able to generate pay slips for representatives and records all commission payments. S3B has been specifically developed to allow each independant brokerage to customise the set up details ensuring the application is tailor made for each brokerage. In addition, S3B includes an office management solution which supports all employees in their day-to-day administrative functions by way of a central diary, internal messaging, task scheduler and electronic phone book.
S3EM - Evaluation management edition
S3EM allows users to generate their own questionnaires and to publish them for capture. As a web based system S3EM can be accessed across an intranet, extranet or via the internet. S3EM allows organizations to conduct employee and client satisfaction surveys and can also be used for skills profiling exercises and research modules. S3EM stores all captured information in a central database. Reports can be drawn across numerous fields.
